The effect of Clearly Impossible is like the effect below except the circular saw:
Clearly Impossible (Punk Style)
The assistant is placed on the table. A neck shackle and ankle shackle are locked on to her. Two empty boxes are shown and placed over her, completely covering her, while her hands and feet are sticking out through the doors. The magician cuts through the box using either a saw or sword (although some performers skip this step).
Then he inserts two blades into the waist of the assistant and the two halves of the assistant are moved apart. As the assistant has been in full view of the audience throughout the performance, they can clearly see that the assistant actually has been cut in half and separated.
