The object you always carry with you becomes an incredible card detector.

A card is freely selected, can be signed, and is genuinely lost in the deck. There are no suspicious moves and no apparent way of knowing its location.

You then take out your mobile phone and explain that it will help you find the spectator's card.

The cards are passed one by one over the phone... but nothing happens. To make the effect even more impossible, you invite the spectator to participate and pass the cards over the phone themselves.

Then, at the exact moment one card passes over the phone... The phone's flash instantly turns on.

You isolate that card and slowly turn it over.

It is the spectator's card.
