What is your return/refund policy?

 
We will replace any of our items if it has a defect. A replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item (we are responsible for the shipping cost). We will deal with your return or refund within 3 working days. If the item is broken by yourself and you want to send back to repair, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
 
THE PRICE CHARGED FOR AN ITEM IS FOR TEACHING YOU THE METHOD OR SECRET. THIS IS SUPPLIED TO YOU AS AN INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICE. ANY ITEMS/PROPS SUPPLIED WITH THE METHOD OR SECRET HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND ARE SUPPLIED FREE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICE.
